Form 31: PF Advance (Partial Withdrawal) If you are currently employed and need funds for medical emergencies, marriage, house construction, or education, you can apply for a non-refundable advance using Form 31 on the EPFO Member Portal. 2. Form 19: Full PF Settlement Form 19 is used to withdraw your entire PF balance. You can only submit this form after leaving your employment and remaining unemployed for a period of at least two consecutive months. 3.
